Senior Life Services: Cancelations Letters Requirement

It is a 3 x 15 Forced Matrix.

Not rebating. They are a licensed Agent that gets a split on the sale.

Then everyone in the Matrix shares in the commissions.

Nothing really different than how it all works in the IMO / FMO environment currently.

Except - we share the majority of the commissions with the Team.

Rockefeller said it best:

"I would rather earn 1% of 100 people's efforts than 100% of my own efforts,"

Do you change the WA or RA a sign up fee? Do the get paid direct from the companies? Who owns the book? Is there a non compete?

We do not charge any signup fees. Only fee we charge is $3 per Direct Deposit - which is Weekly and / or Monthly.

Everyone is LOA.

We own the business. RA has the ability to become a WA if they wish to write their own Referrals.

There is not a No Compete. There is a Non-Solicitation clause in the Agreement that prevents a RA or WA from moving any business from us that they were paid on from us.

What are you paying them in overrides ? If there insurance agents isn't that considered rebating ? How are you keeping track of chargebacks on the car salesman referrring ?
To clarify - everyone has to be a Licensed Insurance Agent in the State that the policy was issued in . . .

We track Chargebacks the same way we do Advanced Commissions and Paythru Commissions. The Agents do not receive any Renewal Commissions.

Do they at least get a reach around?
This is a Referral System. Not built for the everyday Insurance Agent.

Just an avenue for someone wanting to make extra $$ while doing whatever they do in their normal job / career as a Referral Agent [ RA ].

Now the Writing Agent [ WA ] can make some serious $$ and not have to chase leads to write the business.

In addition - if the WA is also the RA they earn both sides of the commission.

It's a terrible deal for either of them.

But as long as the terms are explained up front and they sign up for it then they can't complain.

Not really.

When you factor in the MLM over-ride Commissions, Bonuses, Incentives, etc - they can make some money without the stress of it being their full-time job / career.

It seems to be the ultimate Side Hustle.

Yes, really. You are only going to attack broke MF'ers that can't sell shit or the truly stupid with this deal.

Maybe it will make money for you? But not for the broke and stupid.

You said it just now yourself . . .

" broke MF'ers that can't sell shit "

Exactly - " that can't sell ". That's why we created the Referral System. They don't want to "sell" - but, they can refer.

" broke MF'ers "
That isn't true.

We now have 20 RA's. Most have " day jobs " -or- Careers.

We have a few College kids. They see the potential in the MLM side. Parents, Relatives, Friends, etc.

They show their warm market that they are a Licensed Insurance Agent - gives them cred.
