BOP for House Flipping

Does anyone know of a carrier that offers a BOP for house flippers in Texas? Distressed homes, vacant, cosmetic renovations.

I'm tired of using four brokers to put expensive packages together. Someone must have a package with GL, property, Epli.

Any thoughts?

i have a guy with 60 of these & only option was through ES wholesaler. Seneca for the property & USLI for the GL. Property rates aren't bad (.005 x the coverage) If you find something let me know. I saw a post on here that some guy went through Burns & Wilcox and found an awesome carrier for this (But he never said who)

Check with Allrisks I know they have a program for this , I think it's up to 50 properties though.

Thanks! I'll check them. I just hate writing separate gl, property, workmanship, builders risk and vacant and then everything else. It's impossible to just quote... Without spending more time than the value of the policy.

I have plenty of es... But thought surely someone has a program for this.

No way would a company be able to write this with state filed forms. E&S is the only way.
