Brokers is a huge FMO and specializes in annuities and some life.
They get you to fly out to good ole Iowa. Then it's gee shucks heck and we're all friends here. My handshake is my bond.
Five years later we start to hear the horror stories about them recruiting agents out of down-line RMO or general agency direct. They will move them from your hierarchy to themselves (Brokers) direct without any signature from the RMO or General agent.
In other words they utilize your list of agents to recruit direct off of. All the while refusing to release the group!
