I have called thousands of these numbers and never had a complaint that they were on DNC...

In the interest of splitting hairs:
There are businesses on the DNC. They can get registered on the DNC just as easily as any consumer. That said, it doesn't mean anything. The FTC oversees the DNC and it regulates marketing to *consumers*. It's for that reason folks can use autodialers to businesses and there is no DNC registry that provides businesses any protection from unwanted telemarketing calls.
