Remember the days of fax blast? Back when ink was so expensive. I would wait until after hours an fax dozens of black pages to them.

Killed my dedicated fax line probably a dozen years ago. Maybe more. 99% junk. Get rich quick or Mediterranean cruise for $59.

Every once in a while a client wants to fax something. Can't believe they have a fax but can barely manage email.

When I ask them to scan something and email it I often hear "I will go to Office Depot tomorrow and do it then"

Believe it or not, I get the same thing from agents all the time!

You wouldn't believe how many agents we get calls from that don't even know how to scan something. I don't get this, but maybe I'm not supposed to.

Good point. I've been in thousands of homes giving pitches, but have never called a salesman to my house. My thinking is after having giving pitches all day, do I want to come home to one?

If a carrier requires paper apps I don't use them. Make an exception for Anthem because their e-app is completely f****ed up.
