Yep, that flew completely over my head, LOL. Yes, the Anthem esignature process is terrible as the phone interview lasts forever.

You wouldn't believe how many agents we get calls from that don't even know how to scan something. I don't get this, but maybe I'm not supposed to.

Technology is a challenge. A McDonald's several blocks away tore down to the foundation and rebuilt from the ground up. The corner where you could sit and drink coffee is gone and they have these huge screens. I can't even order a hamburger there anymore!
