I go through One World Hosting and do my own design. I am just getting started with the design process. I am not expecting website to earn me a living though. There is going to need to be a lot of effort to drive business, and the website is just a credibility tool. The quote engines don't answer the tough questions and mostly provide people the tools to just look and price compare. I think it's more about finding out what people like, don't like and what they need to fit their budget.
