Can FE be a Good Career for Lazy, Unmotivated Post-Milennialls?

Finance guru Dave Ramsey (I know, I know) would suggest directing him to the nearest homeless shelter. Gee, thanks dad!
My girlfriend and I were both 16 when she got pregnant. When I told my dad the night I found out his first question was "Well is it yours?". When I told him yes he said "Well then you are a man. You got 15 minutes, get the F*&% out." 15 minutes later I was homeless living in my $750 car. lol. That was his tough love approach.

Now that rough, More then I would have been, unless there is a whole lot of other things as well

Knowing my dad he wanted me to come back the next day and ask for his help. He always said I was way too stubborn. You would have thought he knew me well enough to know I wouldn't beg. Took me a month living out of my car and working to save enough for first and last to rent a place. Been close a few times since but can't say I've had to sleep in my car again. lol

Yeah, I found my 17 year old self living in her mother's apartment garage. My grandpa gave me a hammer, someone loaned me mismatched nail bags, I already owned work boots. Man Thirty came early.

Her parents wouldn't even let me park in their driveway or shower there. Parked in the woods behind a KOA campground and snuck down at night and showered in the pool shower. It was Florida but still chilly in December at 2 in the morning. lol

A couple years later I found a salaried government job. Full benefits, paid vacation, clothing allowance, including room and board, full travel to points around the world. Oh, and guidance councilors that got very involved if I strayed to far off course.
Ha, I didn't wait a couple years. Married her in December. Joined the Army in February the day I turned 17. Needed someone to pay for the baby. lol

These kids seem to be money motivated and personable

What makes you say he is money motivated? Is he working full time at anything right now? If no, has he? Does he have any area of interest at all?

If he is taking real estate courses and he is money motivated, then you should turn him on to Neal Schwartz youtube, Brain Cassella youtube, and get him a copy of Mike Ferry's old book about making six figures in real estate. If he is money motivated, then that should do the trick. If he is simply lazy but not willing to work, he'll give up before he gets started.
