Can FE be a Good Career for Lazy, Unmotivated Post-Milennialls?

Oh Man Ciggeretts are the worst I feel, I use electronic for the last 5 or so years but its still nicotine, Its the one thing I cant stop, and effects everything when I try, Its far worse then everything else I have givin up, in fact I still have not been able to give up nicotine

Chantix and determination helped me quit almost 2 years ago. Still crave them here and there but, now that I'm out of the habit, there is no way I'm getting back in it!

I never said it was non-addictive, but I will say that it is "low" addictive. In other words, if you quit, you'll have a few nights of not sleeping well. That is the physical addiction. And then that part's over before you know it. So the physical addiction isn't that great. It's the mental addiction that get you with it. But once again, even cigarettes are more addicting either physically or mentally than pot.

I'm sure Goillini has stopped at times over the years and will pretty much verify what I've said about it's addictiveness.

Now, on the other hand, if you already have an addictive personality...well, that would make it worse....but then again, that would go for any drug.
Yep, I've basically been high since I was 18. A few years ago, I did stop for about 3 years to make a woman happy. I didn't have any trouble quitting, and I didn't have any trouble starting back up when I ditched her. I've remarried since, and while my wife doesn't like it (she makes me smoke in the garage), she just asked me to cut down, so now I only get high 3 times a day.

I agree with Vic about cigarettes being more addictive. Before I quit smoking cigarettes, if I had to choose, I would've always chose a cigarette over pot.

So in other words, you still manage to stay stoned pretty much all day long.:noteworthy:

Smoking - I went for my annual physical yesterday. One of the questions was, did I smoke. No. Have I ever smoked? Yes.

The Doc tells me that they now do a one time test on Males that have smoked 100 cigarettes or more in their lifetime. To see if there is any bulging or the aorta. If none no need for the test again. If there is, annual test or surgery.

I have not smoked cigarettes since we decided to start a family 27 years ago.

I did recently start having a cigar once a week with a group of buddies. Think I will stop that also.

Have him work on the farm. An out of order bull can help a young man acquire necessary instinctive skills.

I have no idea if his friend's Grandma's farm has bulls, but I'll pepper him with questions when I see him. Probably isn't a working farm, maybe just a few friendly dogs and chickens.

After I had my first heart attacks and open heart surgery I had not intention to quit smoking. However, for some reason I did not pick them back up after I got home from the hospital. I was on O2 and I think I got it in my head that if I did not quit smoking, I would be dragging that bottle cart around behind me for the rest of my life. After about 6 weeks, I stopped in a gas station and they had cigars on the counter. I thought that I would buy one and smoke it. Gt back in my truck, lit it took about three puffs and thought, "you fool! What are you doing?" Put the thing out and have never smoked anything since.. That was 14 years ago. The best thing to me about being a non smoker? No little holes in my clothes and the vehicle upholstery. :)
