Can FE be a Good Career for Lazy, Unmotivated Post-Milennialls?

I quit smoking when my oldest daughter was born when I was 32. It will be 20 years this March. For at least ten years I'd occasionally wake in the morning with that cigarette with my coffee craving.

My grandfather died of lung cancer at 50. I'm now 51. I'm planning on this being more or less middle age for me: 51 down, 49 to go. It is crazy for me to think how many years with his kids and grandkids my pop pop gave up for those things.

Have him work on the farm. An out of order bull can help a young man acquire necessary instinctive skills.

I have no idea if his friend's Grandma's farm has bulls, but I'll pepper him with questions when I see him. Probably isn't a working farm, maybe just a few friendly dogs and chickens.
Maybe it's a pot farm.

After I had my first heart attacks an open heart surgery I had not intention to quit smoking. However, for some reason I did not pick them back up after I got home from the hospital. I was on O2 and I think I got it in my head that if I did not quit smoking, I would be dragging that bottle cart around behind me for the rest of my life. After about 6 weeks, I stopped in a gas station and they had cigars on the counter. I thought that I would buy one and smoke it. Gt back in my truck, lit it took about three puffs and thought, "you fool! What are you doing?" Put the thing out and have never smoked anything since.. That was 14 years ago. The best thing to me about being a non smoker? No little holes in my clothes and the vehicle upholstery. :)
After a few years of having quit, I really started to notice the smell. Every now and then I;ll go into a house of chain smokers(like I was) and I about choke.

What makes you say he is money motivated? Is he working full time at anything right now? If no, has he? Does he have any area of interest at all?

If he is taking real estate courses and he is money motivated, then you should turn him on to Neal Schwartz youtube, Brain Cassella youtube, and get him a copy of Mike Ferry's old book about making six figures in real estate. If he is money motivated, then that should do the trick. If he is simply lazy but not willing to work, he'll give up before he gets started.

Bryan casella (3rd video) is actually who got me into sales. Love his old videos.

Yep, this ain't the best job for a smoker. One thing that can help one cut down is to not smoke in your car. Coffee, cigarettes and the boredom of driving are not a good combination.
