Can someone explain the deadlines to sign up and the # of changes allowed?

Good post, Frank. It is important to distinguish between OE and the the 6 month period to enroll in Medicare, i.e., 3 months prior to 65th birthday and 3 months after 65th birhday!! Anyway, I am now going to have a Maragrita.:goofy: :goofy: :goofy:

P.S. Senior-advisor, I once knew a guy named Frank Michael. are you saying that because he is both a Frank and a Mike he speaks only the absolute truth?:skeptical: :skeptical: :skeptical: :skeptical: :D :D :D

Thanks everyone. Now I know why I am so confused about this Medicare stuff. I will read the two books Midwest recommends and come back with any additional questions. What's crazy is that I have been reading all the material from the carriers and I just didn't understand if someone could change carriers. It sounded like they were locked in with one carrier and could only change once during their lifetime. I thought, "How can anyone make money?"
