I did the math and 70% with $34 leads makes a lot of sense since I am now plugged into the best system in the world, with the easiest underwriting, and consistent mailing. I used to think $20 to $28 leads with 120 pt contracts was good, but I didn't get nearly enough hand holding for my liking. I also regret the fact I didn't have someone to skim my leads for the cream.

Will the guy that wrote $70K in a month be under you? Whatever happened with him...haven't heard any more about those #'s.
