A brand new member just PM’d me with an offer for offshore leads. First time I’ve ever been spammed on PM! I reported it, but I noticed that he had 0 posts. I thought you had to have something like 20 posts before you’re allowed to PM. Has that changed?

I think that changed when they changed the format. I think it only takes one post now. If they posted in the introduction forum, those posts don't count as posts.

I've had a few spam PM's, but it's been a while.
