The new Settlers Underwriting Guode lays out the comapnies that are considered intrnl replacements and therefore oare not allowed.. Some I can understand as they amy be companies NGL has aquired but Lincoln Heritage??? What is thier relationship with LH???
"Internal Replacements are not allowed. Policies placed with the following companies would be considered internal replacements and therefore not allowed: Allnation, Central American/Ashley, Citizens Life Security, Commercial Travelers, CSL (United Liberty), Fort Dearborn, Kentucky Home Mutual, Key Life, Lincoln Heritage, Madison National, Milwaukee Life, National Guardian Life Insurance Company, NGL American, Protected Home Mutual, Trustmark, United Wisconsin, and Western Catholic Union."
From Settler's Home Office:
NGL has acquired a book of pre-need business from Lincoln Heritage. So if you are replacing a pre-need from Lincoln Heritage with a Settlers policy this is considered internal replacement. However, it is ok to replace a Lincoln FE policy with a Settlers FE policy.
I did not know Lincoln sold Pre-Need??
