Carriers for iTIN only, no SSN

looking for additional options for people that only have iTIN.
I know Prudential and I think Nationwide do, any others that anyone know?

most apps say,
I know the last one we did with Pru, it did not say, and during underwriting it came up, and explained why it was iTIN, and they approved it. Came back prefferred plus.
