Carriers Still Offering Rate Books

Yes I have a laptop, my complaint is I should NOT have to run every companies software program daily for updates plus Winflex to not run into an issue in the field. Which companies still offer a paper rate book?

Couldn't you just download and print the rate PDF from the company site? Or save them to your phone or tablet?

Just print off from the companies' websites as stated and put in a binder. Pretty easy, though time consuming.
