Changing MAPD plans, then client goes back to old plan

Let's say someone has MAPD plan #1, but they want to change.
They switch to MAPD plan #2 during AEP or OEP.
However, after a period of time, they change their mind and want to change back to MAPD plan #1.
They switch back to MAPD plan #1 during the next AEP. So, they only has MAPD plan #2 for 1 year or less.

You were not their original agent when they got MAPD plan #1 (the first time).
You became their agent switching them to MAPD plan #2, and then back to MAPD plan #1.

Any issues with the "agent of record" by switching back to MAPD plan #1, where another agent was their agent of record?
