Changing My Flag

How do I change my state flag from AL? I can't find it for the life of me.

As others have pointed out, there are a few states that don't have flags.

The state of Mind doesn't have one. Neither does the state of Confusion.

There are others, but it is almost 5 o'clock on a Friday so someone else will have to take over for me.

The surrender flag cannot be found. However, the Rebal flag can be seen in the proximity to Al
