Child Policies

I know someone asked this not too long ago, but I couldnt find it. I need a carrier that has the best child policies for a 3 & 6yr old. But its not the parents or grandparents buying it, its an auntie.

So whats the best route, and who will allow this? 3yr old is a boy, 6 yr old is a girl....preferably a 10 or 20pay?

Mon 10 Pay (these are Cali #s)

3 yr old boy 10K-$19.70
6 yr old girl 10K -$18.90

Settlers 10 Pay (these are IN #s)

3 yr old boy 10K-$15.13
6 yr old girl 10K -$13.52

I just had a policy issued by RNA for a $25K policy on a 3 yr old. It was under $20/mo. This was underwritten however.

Beats the hell out of the rates from Mon and Settlers.

Ok then RNA fully UW FTW. I know TD has been having a hard time getting those RNA fully UWs approved, but shouldn't have a problem with 3 & 6 years old.
