and here are the questions I just sent to my boy at Cigna:
Hi Kevin....thank you for the email regarding what will happen with our business. This is nothing new as we have received this same email in the past from Cigna however I have a few questions.
first, will all policies terminate on 12/31/13 and be replaced with an ACA compliant policy much in the same fashion as +++++++ plans are. Bottom line, will the plans terminate 12/31/13?
Next, if no to the first question will you do something like Assurant health and put the policy into a position to renew at the end of 2015 in essence the client would withstand the first year of the ACA without participating until 01/01/2015?
