Clear Spring Health Part D - Commissionable to Brokers?

So, as far as contracting with agents, not really sure. Tried researching on our own and no one at my office could figure it out. Reached out to FMO and they confirmed that even though they are showing in the plan finder, they are not in fact available in our state this year along with one other company. I would check with your FMO and see if they're really even there or if you have phantom plans in your plan finder.

When I go to the clear spring site and use zip 70010, clear spring shows available plans there.

The limited T1/T2 list and pharmacies I looked at did not find them particularly competitive in KS. It's always possible other drug and pharmacy combinations could present them more favorably.

If I was an agent, this was an issue of concern to me and I was getting inconsistent information like this, I would be talking directly to Clear Spring because I thought that a plan sponsor is required to offer a PDP throughout a whole PDP region.
