I write with Senior Life. We started doing FE telesales back in 2004, well over a decade before other carrers were forced to because of covid. We use a simple voice recording after the application is written, no docusign, no mailing application out to get a signature, no 3rd party underwriters involved, etc.

Senior Life has recently started a free lead program. These free leads are live TV transfers (people who are calling the TV commercial), these leads just 45 sec old, are exclusive to just one agent, and are now free to the agent. We don't waste time dialing and dialing all day long hoping someone will pick up the phone. When an agent can spend more time talking to red hot leads, and not wasting time dialing and dialing, they make more $$$.

With leads just 45 sec old we never hear "we already took care of it, "we changed our mind", "I never answered your ad", etc. After all, the leads are just 45 sec old.

To make the numbers work out the starting commision is 45%, with room to promote yourself based on your production. Managers with teams can start higher (with proof of production). Closing % will fluctuate betwen 4-8 applications written per 20 live TV transfers which is an outstanding closing % for the FE industry. After all, the lead just called the TV commercial aprox 45 sec earlier.

They cover all health conditions for ages 0-85. For ex: for a 15 year old with HIV/Aids we can write them a GI and get paid. Other carriers that have a GI don't have it available for people this young (I believe LH is the exception). Of course this example is very rare, but its nice to know we don't have to turn anyone age 0-85 away.

You and anyone else is free to call me to inquire further about this opportunity.

Regular 120% comp you pay for leads . You get 5-7% renewals . Free leads you get 30-50% comp and zero renewals. Free leads your an 8-5 employee for life living pay check to paycheck on a hamster wheel . Only your upline gets rich . I suppose if you want to just see if Insurance is for you its ok for a few months .
