Have an agent that is on boarding with my agency that called me last night she has a complaint that is with one of the major carriers. Problem is she did go out and talk to the couple signed the wife before AEP to a MA plan husband did not have an enrollment period said she would follow up after AEP begun. On October 7th she temporary relocated for the company she was with. Here is the issue an application was turned in for the husband by the agency that added her signature and forged client as well the application is dated 10/15. What will happen if she explains that it was fraud? She did admittedly leave a notebook at the office with notes from the appointment before AEP.

You'll probably need to check with a MA specialist to get the answer to your question.;)

Would be more someone who is a CMS specialist that could answer it.

If she did nothing wrong and there was forgery involved, I would think it would be easy to explain. I don't think she's got anything to worry about. I think whoever forged her signature is the one with a problem
