Did you complete FFM/CMS after Nov 4th? If not then CMS records aren't registering you.
The entire reason I posted this is that I had 5 agents that are not showing up in the list that claimed to have completed the certs before Nov 4th (The date of the document).
This said you have 2 choices. One contact CMS and ask why you're not showing. Two be one of the agents asking why I've not been paid commissions.

Two agents in our office received an email from CMS stating that they needed to upload a copy of their MLN FFM completion certificate because there was a system communication glitch between Medicare Learning Networks and the CMS Portal.
If CMS knows that they completed the MLN FFM certification, why ask for the certificate? Duh!
