CMS releases PDP and MAPD details

Anyone know if Clear Spring is still in Medicare jail?

And if not, do they pay commission?

TIA!
Don't remember which thread now, but @DS4 told me in one of the other threads they have been in jail since sometime in 2023.

In my Ks Medicare and You PDP section they are listed as not being allowed to sell new plans for 2025.

(I may not have all the technical terms quite right, but you know what I am saying.)

Chiquita Brooks-LaSure's back has got to be sore from her patting it so much. Wonder what political party she belongs to? This is more like an advertisement for the Inflation Reduction Act. She is probably a DEI hire.

On the CMS website-

Utah has 10 plans.
1 Wellcare PDP plan is $0
2 plans have deductibles other than $590: $0, $175
UHC premiums= $86.80 and $71.90
Cigna=$6.30 and $78.60
Humana low premiums $15.10, and $29.80 but deductible applies T-- 1-5
My 1 generic drug would cost anywhere from $60 (Wellcare no deductible on T-- 1 and 2) to $1605.60 (UHC with a $0 deductible)

I hate Wellcare-stopped recertifying--- plan year 2023
