Anyone know if Clear Spring is still in Medicare jail?

And if not, do they pay commission?

Don't remember which thread now, but @DS4 told me in one of the other threads they have been in jail since sometime in 2023.

In my Ks Medicare and You PDP section they are listed as not being allowed to sell new plans for 2025.

(I may not have all the technical terms quite right, but you know what I am saying.)

So the deductible counts towards the $2000 max and the amount the plan pays goes towards the $2000 max??
