I think they may be a bit late with for the 1st open enrollment.

They should have removed our compensation from the MLR.

I didn't really take that article serious we both know there are no more open slots and they don't even want the one's that are filled.

There needs to be a listing on HealthCare.gov of all certified agents so that clients can find us and not some felon navigator.

I asked them and received an e-mail yesterday... they declined, said they are not going to list agents.

... and FWIW, I am content with the amount of agents around here...

It's because they have the client captured once they go to HC.gov

They want agents to go find people that they are not touching.

As I understand, if a client completes the marketplace app, an agent cannot come in and finish it. Can the agent do an application from a carriers site in the situation?

Anthem, the only marketplace choice my county in IN is still not enrolling so I have not been able to try....

Screw Sebelius, screw Obama, screw them all.

They completely screwed the pooch on all of this.

Completely ignored professionals with over 10,000 hours of experience in favor of those with less than 100 hours.

The hell with them, I could not care less if I ever enrolled someone through the Exchange and my business is better now than in the past 3 1/2 years.

If a client wants a subsidy I am putting them on a waiting list with enrollments that start at the end of next week-two hours a day, max-if I can't get someone enrolled in that time then I stop and wait another week to start again.
