Cold Calling Final Expense

from my understanding can no longer sell med supps in MA.

i've used multiple scripts found on this site from the long to the short to the point. some i have short conversations with others say all set and i let them go.

Using the phone is a learned, well practiced art. It just come naturally or from a "script" one prints and reads. The agent must maintain control of the call and know how to transition the phone call into a casual, relaxed conversation.

Nothing, not even an appointment, is "sold" during the phone call, the agent must engage the prospect in a conversation.
 
you mind IF I ask who the heck you guys are calling? Since everyone is on the dnc? Is there a way around that besides calling b2b or knocking doors?

The way "around it" is to scrub any lists you have against the DNC registry. Generally about 75% of folks are on the DNC, but that still leaves plenty to call if you're in a relatively populated area or are willing to spend some time driving. The lists I sell come scrubbed as of the time I send them out (unless requested otherwise).
 
I figured that I just was hoping someone was going 2 say something like if you don't actually try and sell them something
you can call all you want. I think DNC is retarded and is one good example of why unemployment rates are sky high!

How much are your lists if I wanted say....All the people in dallas fort worth 55-65 with 100,000 plus of investable assets

I'm just curious could you not do a survey which could lead to a potential door to door? From my understanding the DNC LIST does not apply to surveys as long as you do not sell something or give the name of your business?

You are not correct. ANY business calling ANY residence for ANY reason MUST have written permission (recent signed lead card) or an ongoing business relationship where they have made a payment to you within the past 13 months to call people on the DNC list.
