from my understanding can no longer sell med supps in MA.
i've used multiple scripts found on this site from the long to the short to the point. some i have short conversations with others say all set and i let them go.
Using the phone is a learned, well practiced art. It just come naturally or from a "script" one prints and reads. The agent must maintain control of the call and know how to transition the phone call into a casual, relaxed conversation.
Nothing, not even an appointment, is "sold" during the phone call, the agent must engage the prospect in a conversation.
