Cold Doors 2020 - Discussion Thread

So I had a thought this morning about Facebook. I find myself checking in far too often and when I do I usually find something that aggravates me.

The forum isn't nearly as aggravating lol but I do find myself checking in too often especially during productive hours.

Social media does seem to have some addictive qualities to it. I would bet it would be very difficult to go even a short period of time without checking in. But I would bet productivity would get a huge boost by doing so, i.e. by not checking in to the forum, Facebook.

Any thoughts?

I'll check back (too) soon.
I just read this:

Amazon product ASIN B0189PVAWY
It's mainly for academics but some of the principals can certainly be applied to sales people.

They're 18 years old... and plenty of women serve too. None of them complained about their hands.

I'm just saying to quit wussing out. Your hands will be fine... unless you already have arthritis or something.

Lol! I never wussed out. I am actually one of the few who door knock compared to the people on the team who only set appointments by phone.

I just found it physically difficult to knock with some force once I started getting bruises. And didn't know if y'all used gloves, rings, knuckle pads or whatever tricks to preserve your hands from injury. I'll try some of the things mentioned and report back.

I have had multiple days in a row knocking 100+ doors and I have yet to bruise a knuckle. In over twenty years of door knocking I have never had any discomfort in my hands, fingers, knuckles. If you don't think you are knocking too hard, the I would, in all seriousness, suggest you talk to your doctor. Perhaps this is indicative a problem that could be addressed?
