The NC Supreme court has adjourned for the summer and won't start again until September. So, at best if they reject the appeal from Lindberg then, we won't see anything until January 2025.

Oh boy....this is bad news! I was so hoping the liquidation would be triggered for June 30th....and we might see some money by the end of September!

I could be wrong, but a daily Google search shows no activity from the NC Supreme Court. Believe me I'm as anxious as anybody to get some funds back

What a nightmare. And our SGA limit is 250... so we will still be out 100 grand...
Hoping to figure that one out....

A real hard working bunch. With the 5 year mark coming up, I'm starting to think that we will never get our money back. Every decision will be appealed over and over, and it will take 100 years for this to be resolved.
Its almost a month since lindberg guilty again, haven't heard anything about jail yet, only request for new trial.
