We should be receiving letters before Christmas with the amount of our payouts....cash should be in our bank accounts by the end of March -- at the latest....

I have not received any communication from a guaranty association or CBL or any of their agents.

It has pages of stuff and the 2 forms needed to start the process.

I called them and was told it takes almost a week for them to enter it to the system, and then 6 to 8 weeks to send out the checks.

Our letter was dated 12/22/24...they posted to the portal last week the day after Christmas...
We completed and uploaded the forms to the portal yesterday -- one needs to be notarized.
We expect the money by the end of March...

My mail already came today and I still did not get the letter. Called and they said they mailed it on the 22nd!?!?

You don't have to mail or fax them the forms? You can just upload to the portal?
The end of March would be almost 12 weeks, thought 6-8 weeks was the turnaround time?

Yes -- we're being told money should be arriving in February....
