Combining Telesales and F2F

No, NorthStar's captive and you'd be an employee. They do have a sister company that offers more than one carrier to work with and you'd have more independence..,I think they're called PPG.

For the record, no North Star agent is an employee... there is a non compete so you don't take the leads you didn't pay for and place them elsewhere, but working F2F and Telesales would be a conflict of interest.

Check out Assurants new FE telesales program with Lumico. You're an LOA but it might be your best fit.

appreciate the suggestions guys. I'm not set on any one direction yet. I'll checkout the places you've suggested.

why is that out of curiosity?

Trying to be a jack of all trades for one. Both processes are different and require a significant time commitment.

Failure is almost universal if you're trying to do both effectively off the start.

With failure comes roll up debt.

I would be happy to talk to you about what we have to offer at PPG.

I will say, you have been misled in some of your thinking....

1. You dont have to take lower commissions to.do telesales.
2. Seems like the you think telesales will be easier and soemthing. You can turn on when you feel like it. That wont work, at least not anytime soon. You need to be dedicated to Skilling up before takinga day off to sell F2F.
3. Telesales is definitely more convenient and has lots of perks over F2F but it isn't easier. If anything is harder in the immediate future but I can attest it is well worth your while for the few who stick with it

Feel.free to check us out @ppgtelesales.com
