Considering a Move to EFES

I have been with EFES 16 months not nearly as long as JD. but i can attest that his description of the program is 100% dead accurate. It has been a very very positive experience for me. please feel free to pm me if you have any unanswered questions

Yeeesss..,..u r not very smart, but I agree with you on this. At least u r smarter than the other two guys looool.

I'm aspire to be as smart as u 1 day Mah....

What's that.... 3 Companies, 0 production, and doesn't know the difference between "Term FE" & "Whole FE"?

You & the scarecrow are just alike...." if u only had a brain"!

^^^^ Says the guy who was let go by EFES & who also said he was DONE with this board cause it was a waste of time!

What a habitual liar.... EFES does NOT make u buy old leads. EFES also does NOT make u sign up with "all the top carriers", u sign up with who u want, they give u choices.

Why would anyone considering EFES listen to a guy who was fired by them? That's like listening to a Ford car salesman that was fired by Chevy tell u how bad Chevy is.

If any of u new ppl who are considering EFES think dig makes sense & take his advice.... You're already an *** & deserve whatever u get.

It must be different between managers. My experience in signing up with EFES has been very long and a bit frustrating. I was told I needed to sign up with all of their carriers. They made me sign a letter stating I would cancel with Liberty Bankers and Forethought. Two carriers I don't believe they even offer. They wouldn't accept my Foresters release because it stated that EFES would have a reciprocal agreement with them (current IMO).

This process has been going on for a month and a half. They still have not processed my dm lead order yet because possibly they don't feel I'm committed yet. I just received my writing numbers with RNA and Amer. Cont. this week. Last week I wrote an app. with Americo through them, generated on my own.

I was just hoping they were easier to deal with and would be more welcoming of my business...

I have heard others say the same thing and it just makes me nervous. Perhaps it does depend on your manager but I don't want to sit on the sidelines for a month waiting for them to get everything organized.

They wouldnt accept your release because it was reciprocal? I thought that was industry standard. It sounds like once you are in its a great place to be but it can cause some heartache getting to that point. Thank you all for weighing in. I really do appreciate your comments.

That must be your manager's policy, to have to sign up with all of EFES carriers... I didn't sign up with all of them.

I can't speak on releases cause I was brand new to the biz, and I'm not going to say EFES is the "end all, be all" cause its not.... I've had some issues with them too.

BUT to take advice from an FORMER agent who was let go by them to determine if it's for you or not is idiotic. EFES isn't for everyone, and they arent perfect by any means.... But make your decision from ppl who actually WORK there, not someone who has a HORRIBLE reputation on this forum who cried "u guys are too mean & this forum is a waste of time" just 1 month and now is magically back telling whoever will listen the gospel about EFES.
