Considering a Move to EFES

I'm the only person with a brain that functions in this forums...and I say u should certainly join EFFS. They are working with me and I'm impressed with how they are trying to accommodate me. At least the office I'm connected has awesome manager. They are the leaders in the FE lead business.

Can you help some of us understand where you're getting this from? Yes, they are popular. But the "leaders in the FE lead business"?

I don't know if your trying to help EFES or hurt them with your posts. Though since you are at 260 posts already we will be welcoming you into the 1k club pretty soon.

I have heard others say the same thing and it just makes me nervous. Perhaps it does depend on your manager but I don't want to sit on the sidelines for a month waiting for them to get everything organized.

They wouldnt accept your release because it was reciprocal? I thought that was industry standard. It sounds like once you are in its a great place to be but it can cause some heartache getting to that point. Thank you all for weighing in. I really do appreciate your comments.

---the manager doesn't really have anything to do with it. EFES handles all of that. Last I "knew"...and it maaaay be different now, they only had 2 girls handling all the contracting. They did a great job but one can only do so much. So contracting gets held up a lot. Then...you have to wait on the leads to start to roll in. Not saying anything negative here before the mascots come guns a blaz'n. Juuuuust making a statement.

---correct. They will never except that because that means they would have to release you or any of their agents to that group any time they asked. EFES would never put themselves in the position to lose a decent producer without a fight. So they won't sign those.

Don't you have any work to attend to instead of bashing your competitors? You come off as difficult to work with, very argumentative and way too negative for a "sales leader". You should stick to only positive things about what you do and don't worry so much about what EFES does. And I'm am not with EFES.

They mass produce it. Unlike local little company who may produce but not as much.

I am too busy producing FE to write 1,000 posts. I work for living looool! Not a 20k a yr like some folks here.

But I'm still confused? So they mass produce leads? That makes them the leaders in FE leads market? I'm just saying if you're going to make a statement like that, I'm just looking for reasoning behind it.

I know other companies who produce 100-200K mailers a week just for FE. I also know Power Mailer and a few other mail house's who mail a heck of a lot more on a weekly basis. I know that if EFES is still doing about $900-$1 mill a month in production, they're probably dropping about 25-30K pieces a week. Sooooo...I'm still trying to figure out what makes them the "leaders in FE Leads"?

Now if that's what "you" believe that's OK. Just clarify a bit my lil spit-fire......;)

Um...HUH? Yuuuuuuuo do know this is the great Insurance Forum...right?:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

For the record...I'm just asking for clarity on a pretty bold statement. How's that difficult and negative in what you highlighted? If that's the case...let other's know just what exactly makes them the leader in FE leads?

What's so wrong with that? Hey...believe it or not, I actually have a great working relationship with EFES. Regardless of my release statement about them I just had them release one of their agents to me last month. But that's me.

Please forgive Mah, "She's got this", though she hasn't written a single policy in her life and was asking just last week about the differences in FE term and FE whole life.
