Lol, so now you looked up my old posts and commented from a year ago? I didn't. I do have carriers who won't take me back however. And what do you even mean by order taking, not selling? Trying to sell someone who is trying to call SSA or trying to win a free walmart card is certainly "selling". And honestly, even saying it is selling seems like a stretch, it usually is helping.

This is not directed at you personally, but making money illegally is a great gig until it ends. In the case of a highly regulated industry like Medicare, you are lucky you didn't lose your license or face CMS sanctions and fines.

I mean, my argument is always you can follow the rules or take the responsibility of your actions.

If an agent writes a policy that's not compliant, that's their responsibility. It's why YOU have a license.
