COPD + Insulin

How about insulin over 50 units had heart surgery 3 years ago and is on plavix and other high blood pressure meds.? I was going to call Monumental and find out what they would offer.

My immediate thinking was American Con but the insulin is over 40 units allowing only modified.

Nope, not even on modified for RYN, knock out is the meds, plavix and cerlog for heart.

What is 'cerlog'... never heard of it before.

You wouldn't be referring to Coreg would you? Generic name carvedilol, a commonly prescirbed Rx following a HA. If he is taking coreg that would be a no-go with almost all cos for immed benefit FE, aside from the insulin.

That's what I meant. bad speller. If this client is just taking plavix it would be another story. This lady would be modified ( insulin + heart meds) and best rate I can come up with is American Con with her.

if the heart meds were prescribed over 2 years ago foresters will do level with this. I write a lot of Foresters so im familiar with their underwriting, I just wrote something similar to this not too long ago.
