Just remember that Assurity only takes COPD if the client is not a smoker.
LBL will take care of what you need for phone sales. COPD is standard (day 1) and can be done over the phone.

That's not true anymore. Earlier this year they changed it. They will take someone with COPD who still smokes.

I didn't see it anywhere. I spoke to their underwriting. In addition, I've done deals since the change where they had copd and were still smoking.
