Court Denies Netquote Claim for Injuction Against MostChoice

Haven't seen anyone stating how good your leads are.

Rick, you beat me to the punch. Not one person other than the owner of the company has said even one positive thing about their leads? I know, I know, Mike will have some wonderful response as an excuse as to why, and boy they've been in business 10yrs. Mike, find someone other than yourself, that has more than 10 posts on the forum, that will even remotely back up your leads, and I will buy some. Until that time, why are you wasting your time here?:skeptical:

Good point. Not a single one. You would think there would be at least one. Oh, now I remember. Actually, somebody did. I can't seem to find their post anywhere. It's gone now and so are the others. Even the ones with less than 10 posts. Strange....

Thanks for pointing that out!

You are absolutely amazing. Do you actually believe the bullshit you write? (Nobody else does).

My other question is why are you posting here? Can't imagine you've gained any agents. Could it be that you are only here for the backlinks?

These pages have no page rank. Back links from anything other than the home page would be useless. The home page does not even include the forums, just a link to the forums.

As for this thread, I'm here to tell my story. It's just that simple. Other threads I give advice, etc.

Why are you here?

To balance out what you say about how wonderful your company is with my experience. Just in case there is someone here that might believe you.

So you are not here to try to drum up business? Then change your signature to just "Mike." Consider this a challenge (that you won't take).

Is this good enough? I believe this would definitely count as "remotely" and he had 315 posts at the time:

Can't argue for/against on the individual leads, I have ONLY bought group (lot's of dead ones) but I've written so much off the occassional "good" one's (just wrote a law firm with 18 people in May) that I'll keep buying the group leads.

BTW, your not going to find many people willing to say good things about any lead company on this forum. Why? If you find a good lead source you keep your mouth shut about it, right? Why create competition for yourself?

Don't worry. I'm not going to hold you to what you said in your post. I don't want you to buy my leads unless you want to. It's your choice as to whether you want to take that big $500 gamble (actually we are lowering that to $350 and if you sign up now you get $50 of extra leads free) but nothing ventured, nothing gained.

If you are interested, go to Insurance Leads or just PM me and I'll get the ball rolling.

Lower it to $100 or less. As John and others have said..if your leads are that good...well, you know.

And a bit unrelated...why don't you publish your health lead prices on your website? To determine the prices, one has to provide their personal information and wait to be contacted. Or, is there a place to avoid that?

By the way folks...the 2009 Health Leads ratings and rankings will be published in about three weeks. The number of sources used in the findings have increased by more than 30%.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is "the 2009 Health Leads ratings and rankings?"

I can't go to $100. There are too many agents out there that WOULD jump in at that deposit level. It will flood my agent pool with "lower end" agents.

We give a carrier exclusive and limit the leads to being sold to only 3 other agents. When a lead service is selling to 8 agents, without controls or exclusives, they can take a ton of agents on board. I can't sell carrier exclusive secured territories to agents that are "casual." Too many agents is not a good thing.

We don't put the price on the form because it is a multi-level pricing structure and it also varies based on volume and location and sometimes even carrier. It's better to explain it when we can ask and answer questions.

All the information we collect is private. We don't sell our information to any other services. You best off to enter your information on the insurance leads page so you get our emails with our specials and our newsletter starting in January. There are times of year we do lower prices and give bonus leads, etc.

Taking a $100 lead order is indeed a complete waste of time. It will yield responses such as "I received 10 leads and didn't sell one policy!".

If you are not willing to drop $500 then you do not have a business. You have a hobby.

In 2008/2009 I don't think $500 is unreasonable for business marketing (truthfully this is a joke compared to other industries).

This is simply my opinion , as stated before I have never used Most Choice so I can not comment on the lead quality in any manner. I can't imagine they are any different than NQ, IM, PZ or any other lead aggregator but I have no stats to back this up.

The real issue is your process and measuring results not only on a large sample but TIME. You can not spend $100 and tell me if a lead company is any good, it's not happening. Not to come to Mike's rescue here but just my two cents I agree with his policy on $500 minimum, those are not customers most companies have time to mess around with.
