I was going to post this on the first thread I started, but every time I try it merges the posts(moderator please correct that problem on this forum).

I called M of O back this morning and talked to Rose...being she never returned my call. She told me there were about 1200 agents with M of O that had a problem getting paid on Coventry Part D applications and hopefully it would be corrected in 2 weeks where the agents could get their money.

She never said a word about.... I'm sorry I didn't get back with you. Punching in those 11 numbers and letting me know would have taken about 30 seconds.

I don't care if I ever write PDP's w/Coventry again. Some written November 15th, 2008...5 1/2 months ago. The next OE is only 6+ months away from starting.:skeptical:

I'd bypass Rose and just call Coventry. Work with them on getting this straightened out. I tried to find the phone # for you for the gentleman that I spoke with but couldn't find it. I'm sure you could call coventry and ask to speak to someone in commissions.

I just spoke with Roshell(sp?) in commissions at Coventry. Told her what I was told....she said...."I am unaware of any problems with commissions."

I'm not getting anywhere doing this. There's zilch on M of O's website about this, which is not surprising.

I'll get my money if I have to get a lawyer to get it, which I'm within a few weeks of contacting one.

One added note: I turned in a few Coventry PDP's w/Continental Life, when the PDP's first started. I didn't get that commission this month either. Think I'll give them a call.***reaches for blood-pressure meds***

EDITS>>> Continental Life hasn't been having issues paying new-business commissions on PDP plans w/Coventry. Hmmm..........***swallows meds***

Do you have access to the broker portal with Coventry. It lets you go online, look at apps, but it also lets you look at your commissions, even pending commissions. That's how I figured out something was wrong, I can't remember what it listed but there was something about my license I think. You might want to check on their website and see what you can find.

Their broker portal is not working correctly right now + M of O agents don't have access to looking at commissions through the Coventry website. I found that out months ago.

Russ,

Go buy a motorcycle. The weather is nice and hitting some tight twisty roads will eliminate all worry about such matters.

You never see a motorcycle outside a therapist's office.

With my luck, an 80 year-old lady wouldn't see me and it would be over for Mr. Russ.

Per Kathy at M of O...."their still working on the problem." I bet they are Kathy. 24/7 without any sleep, to get it corrected.:skeptical:

They paid owed PDP renewals this week and are "suppose" to be paying on the new business commissions, that were held, "next week".

I got my commission statement from MoO in the mail today. No...they didn't pay PDP renewals, which I was told by a commission rep. with MoO, they did.

Their listed on the commission report along with new business, but it's still the same reason listed for not paying me.
