Coventry PDP Plans...Part 2

Just think, if we were plumbers, or carpenters, or mechanics, we would be able to slap a mechanics lien on these chicken***t carriers for non-payment of commissions... But, since we are under the respective DOI's-- we can only file a complaint which will disappear in never-never land...

I hear ya.

Here's the Compensation on commissions in the contract....

"Distributors agree to pay Producer a commission for the sale and the renewal of Coventry Part D Plans sold by the Producer, provided that the Producer is authorized to sell Coventry Part D Plans, in the amounts and according to the rules set forth on the Commission Schedule or Commissions Notification relating to Coventry Part D Plans. All commissions will be paid within a reasonable time after their receipt from Coventry. No commission will be paid to Producer for any Coventry Part D Plan sold if Producers appears on any debarred contractors list issued by GSA or OIG."

Is writing plans on November 15th, 2008 and not being paid by May 28th, 2009 considered beyond reasonable time? :skeptical:
