Coventry PDP Plans...Part 2

Have they ever figured out what the problem was? I mentioned to you before, when they held up mine they said it was to do with licensing, they didn't have my updated license

MoO commission accounting is in a meeting. I'll check back in a little while and post it on this post.

Maybe I'll give Coventry a call.

:GEEK: I'm sure they are...aren't we all?

LOL.....

I just talked with Lisa(commission accounting), at Coventry(#1-866-714-9301).

She checked all of my licensing information....

(1)I'm certified as of 10-21-08.
(2)I'm appointed.
(3)I completed the "background check"...aka "no more forms."

I was good to go almost 7 months ago to write AdvantraRX in Florida and Alabama for the 2009 season.

I'll call 1-800-475-4465(commission accounting at MoO), back shortly and post the BS answer....er, what they tell me.

EDITS>>>Just talked with Rose(commission accounting), at MoO. MoO is sending an email tomorrow to Coventry requesting information on each agent whose commission was held(not appointed, certified, etc.). Coventry will then respond to MoO for each agent whose commission was held. If everything was/is good to go, commissions will be released this week. If there is a problem with an agent not being certified, appointed or not completing the background check, MoO will notify that agent by regular mail as to what they need to do to complete what was needed months ago.

I've completed everything months ago, so I should get my money this week. I'll be holding my breath. Think I'll go ahead and order that new big-screen HDTV I was wanting!

Still no luck? What are they telling you is the problem. They must give some excuse. You might want to call your state insurance bureau and let them know what's going on and see if there's anything they can suggest or do. I know the PDP plans aren't really a state issue, but you still are dealing with an insurance company

Unless my math is bad, my commission total includes the renewals on PDP's. I'll give them(whoever is to blame), until the end of May to pay on "new business"(written 6 months ago:laugh:), so 2 more weeks and I'll look at options.

I'm running out of patience...

Got a letter from MoO today stating "Missing State Appointment FL."......stating I need to take the test I passed 7 months ago!

Talked to Cece in commissions at MoO...their emailing to Coventry again and will "call me back" Tuesday as to what the problem is. When I talked to Lisa(commission accounting), at Coventry on May 11th, she told me they had everything required for me to write the PDP's and get paid on them.

What the hell is someone's problem????????????

They have one more week and I'm pursuing legal action.

I called Coventry back...commission accounting...and was told it was something to do with electronic filing. That a verbal statement as to each agents compliance, isn't good enough.

One more week....

I told you Russ they would tell you that. When this happened to me they told me they couldn't see my license was up to date on their website. I told them to look at the Michigan Website/Insurance Bureau and they'd see that my license is current. After that they paid me within a couple of weeks.
