Coventry PDP Plans...Part 2

I told you Russ they would tell you that. When this happened to me they told me they couldn't see my license was up to date on their website. I told them to look at the Michigan Website/Insurance Bureau and they'd see that my license is current. After that they paid me within a couple of weeks.

I may have to print my Florida and Alabama licenses out and fax them in.

I was going to say you know whats funny....but I just can't find any humor in this.....They had no trouble taking the apps from you...Weren't they supposed to verify that you had been certified etc upfront? Of course they did now its just another excuse...I guess your next call should be like...I'm really anxious to see what you can come up with as an excuse now and be able to keep a straight face.

I've never seen something like this. I'm certified...appointed and background checked. Coventry tells me so. MoO tells me that Coventry tells me I'm not certified. So yeah, how are they taking all of my applications....issuing them and paying prescription payments?

Coventry has paid MoO. MoO is holding my commissions because they say I'm not certified. I even faxed MoO a copy of my certification, weeks ago.

MoO has to know I'm licensed in Florida and Alabama. Their issuing med-supps and life policies I write through them.

Nope. I just checked my weekly commission total w/MoO. Got Cece when I called..."we're working with Coventry. I didn't call you back because we haven't heard from Coventry."

I'm contacting the FL. DOI later today. I give up.

At this point, I'm not sure throwing good money after bad...

Have you read your contract, specifically "how disputes are settled"?
