Ok I just called the client and explained the situation and we are cancelling the app and she is going to stick with her current plan for now and after the pregnacy go with Unicare!

It ain't nothing I haven't gone through. I know I'm in trouble when a client calls who's still in underwriting and asks "It there any way to speed this up?"

I know I don't have a deal when I call a lead and they say "How fast can coverage begin?"

Keep them in file and give them a call when she has the kid...now you have an additional person to write too!
