I like Assurity's simplified c.i. policy. Easy to explain and sell, and it's pretty inexpensive. Fast issue.

But if you're looking for an agency that focuses on critical illness, the only ones I know of are captive(ish)--Combined, Family Heritage, Aflac, Colonial.
