Getting ready to help someone in 3 min. App done, after 4/1, no subsidy on Marketplace eligibility letter, but system granted it for the enrollment once the client agreed they had tried and failed to enroll on or before 3/31/14.

Hmmm. is it possible that there will be no subsidies after the April 15th deadline and the but then disappears?

Are you asking whether people will still get subsidies after 4/15 without one of the reasons for a SEP?
