Many of us dont blatantly pm anyone begging for their contracts lol and we offer tons of info to help without any expectation of renumeration. Some of us want the most outstanding agents on the planet. But some on here get butt hurt when they try to recruit you for a crappy carrier or product, then they run around and badmouth everyone, isnt that right Matt? There is a lot of great info here if you look for it, really good group of agents with a lot of info to help when they can... Good luck, sounds like you will do great.

Hey guys! hope all is well! I have tired the Datalot leads.....well heres the thing I closed one deal out of 10 (I'm still working the other 9) they weren't bad its just that they were not consistent I'm not even sure if its their fault but I don't have anything bad to say about them. not all of them do a warm transfers and also the calls come in like sprinkles (if that makes any sense) but to be my SOLE provider...that's a negative. Like I said I don't have anything bad to say about the leads still the same run around dealing with ppl in general just a bit harder because I close business over the phone its not like I can go door knock all of them some of the states I'm licensed in are about 12 hours away lol but the ones that's near yes ill door knock.

Hey guys! have anyone used data lot for live transfers? if so what were your experiences with this vendor? I'm looking for reviews and checking out ripoff reports and the BBB but I wanted to know what you guys think

When it comes to FE f2f, there are a few type of leads.

1. Experimental leads that don't work
2. Leads that are cheap but have a terrible closing ratio and persistency
3. Direct Mail Leads

I suggest you speak with someone who sells a LOT of FE, find out what they are doing, and then do that.

Datalot is a good company and their interface is very good. I run a small call center so we use quite a few companies like Datalot. There are a few factors to consider;
1) how many states are you licensed in? This will affect how many leads they can generate for you.
2) are you contracted with the right carriers? You will get responses from all sorts of people and you need to have a carrier for most situations health, budget, etc.
3) you will notice highest bid in their interface in which case highest bid gets the leads that can go over $40 but not always. If the bids get that high you will not get any leads unless you can afford that price so don't be surprised if you bid in the 20's on busy days and not a whole lot comes in.

stay away from Sales Associate now also operating and marketing themselves as USA Senior Leads.
Avoid this company allegedly located in McKinney, Texas, it's really only a UPS store, so they are as FAKE as possible
also notice that the twitter, facebook icons on their website are only pictures and are NOT live links. All real companies use live links!!

I've tried them all. Leads back in the 80's were very legit, but now not even close. I'd much rather pay the $250 I put in datalot with my filters, it's $27/ lead. YOu have a 100% contact rate, the prospect is ovbiously interested, usually shopping rates. If you invest $300 and cant close at least 2 (appx 12 closing rate 30%). than you should find a new industry
