Maybe now John you are conceding that the government is going to change the health insurance landscape once and for all? I have never known you to be alarmist, but your response above sounds like you are finally bracing for the worst? This sounds like "Change" you can choke on because its going to be rammed down our throats. Debate is over for Pelosi and Obama. Socialism with a smile and nobody has their thinking caps on and the populous is ready to take the bait, hook, line, and sinker.

Yup. He already buried the funding of it in the budget and stimulus packages. The so-called 860 billion or whatever it was "down payment" on health reform." That has already been approved.

I am a newbie here and have been to a second interview with Aflac. They want me to start their training as soon as my finals at college for this semester are finished. I have been reading a number of threads here and have seen a lot of animosity and anger here. After listening to this woman talk and knowing that this country is in the crapper now, my question is this; Do I forget about Aflac and continue my education while trying to keep my faltering pumping system business afloat, or do I give Aflac a shot? I am financially challenged, , and not interested in pipe dreams or BS. Straight answers here. Is there a future in this business for newcomers or not?
