Digital Senior Benefits FE telesales - thoughts?

They are the only place to be for phone sales. If you want to sell FE by phone and they accept you then just forget everything you think you know and follow their direction.

Just like you bringing up the five states thing like you are questioning it. Don't do that. If they say five, do five. If they say ten, do ten. Just assume that they know much more than you. Don't try to out think them. Be coachable and trainable.

Phone sales is definitely not for everyone. But if it's for you then Jeff Roots agency is where you want to be.

I respectfully disagree with this post. (No offense to Jeff and Nic is meant) It really comes down to what the agents wants and needs are to determine which program is the best. Jeff has a great program no doubt. I know at least two other agencies that have good programs too.

Does the agent need free leads, training, a place to purchase leads, access to technology, a mentor to open a call center, or someone to teach them to generate their own leads organically?

Our agency has three things that I believe set us apart from anyone else in the country.

1. Our leads. We have evry kind of lead imaginable. Specifically our pre screened for health and banking Live transfers that are 100% US based and only $25 for our agents. Health challenged live transfer leads at a reduced cost.

2. Our training is unmatched. No need to explain this because everyone always says the sass same thing. Only we really do have it.

3. Proven track record of.growing call centers that focus 100% on FE telesales.

If agents want to learn to organically grow their lead pipeline, no doubt Jeff is the best!

We have more versatility then any other agency that I know of. We teach our way but if you have another way that works we have access to any and everything you need to be successul.

Digital offers all of this except for the Live transfers (we have a vendor), Jeff and Nic ran a successful call center and transitioned there efforts to the agents rather than the call center business. I think you do have a good program no doubt, but the culture at Digitalbga (Term&FE) is different every agent is always helping another agent, I think every agent regardless of being F2F or not should be striving to not have to rely on some vendor for the life blood of there business.

We definitely have a different approach in regards to agents helping each other. We tell agents not to answer other agents questions because they are not making money from the other agents so why should they have any responsibility for supporting other agents.

We have a very unique approach in that our agents have one sole responsibility... Focus 100% of their time on selling.

Do you want to focus your time on selling? Or helping other agents or writing blogs, or marketing or recruiting or customer service? Our motto is simply let agents focus on selling.

As for live transfers, I can't imagine selling final expense by calling customers back all day. I certainly wouldn't pay more than .50 per lead to do so. Except maybe a facebook lead and you can generate them super cheap. Live transfers is 100% the absolute best lead there is. I also contend that working live transfers is cheaper than buying leads for.5-10 bucks that you have to call.back. I bet we get far more presentation per.dollar spent then an agent buying internet leads. Term may make sense but no way FE does.

Marketing is what separates agents from business owners. Theres people putting up insane amounts of AP every month because of organic traffic with close to no lead cost.

Outsoruceing lead gen is a very smart decision for 99.9% of agents.

That doesn't separate agents from business owners. It's a choice of what do you feel.your time is best spent on? My choice for my telesales agents is my strong suit which is selling. Outsourcing the marketing is a simple business decision that allows you to focus on growing your core strengths. Again, marketing through internet and then following up.by outbound dialing is not the way we teach agents because we dont see that as the most efficient way to run a business.

I understand your thinking is once I get organic traffic I can sit back with very little to no lead cost. That def can work.and more.power to you. But in my world.i see that as an agent that doesn't buy leads and just buy a list then cold knocks and asks for referrals. Nothing wrong with it and for the right hustler it will work and produce massive.income. Just not the way i do things.

I'm not saying that yours can't be good. I just don't know anything about yours good or bad. I know what a Jeff is doing and it's really good stuff. And I hear good things from his agents.

My main point is that there are a LOT of bad places to be. With phone and with face to face FE agencies. Jeff's is the only FE phone sales organization that I'm personally familiar with that is top notch. I would say they have the FexContracting of phone sales. And that's why I've refered agents to him for years that call me but want to sell by phone.

Gotcha. I understand your point. I responded as if you would if I'd said 360 is the only place to be for f2f agents. Although, I dont personally know of a better place?
