I agree with the 1st bold sentence. I disagree with on the 2nd bold sentence. FE TV leads have the highest closing %. Even though I disagree with you on TV leads I'm not going to say you are a liar....like you've done up here a few times.

What can you do with your 1 little company and TV leads better than an independent agent who is contracted with many companies and has the ability to provide 1st day coverage where you can only offer some 1st day coverage and rated policies or guaranteed issue with ridiculously high premiums ?

Who's going to make more money ?
Who's going to benefit to insured better ?

Well....LH is by far the biggest issuer of FE policies, and SL is the 2nd fastest growing issuer of only FE policies. That's your answer.

You're contracted with lots of carriers right? How do write hardly any business? You're up here more than me..lol.

But let's just take my day today. One home I wrote 5 applications for $520/mo total. None of them replacements. So according to the SL mantra it took special sales skills to close those. Well, no it didn't.

You're actually correct. It didn't take any special sales skills. It was pure luck. Whenever you get $520/month out of one house in one sitting it's just good luck. You didn't know that?

Luck is when preparation meets opportunity. So yes, I was prepared for the opportunity because I know what what I'm doing. This was actually a referral from a lady I wrote almost 10 years ago. She's referred many people to me over the years because of the job I do for her. Many of her referrals are also referrers now for the same reason.

So you can dismiss it as luck but it's very rare for me have a week that doesn't have multiple writes in one home.

This is my 13th year of being FE focused. I've averaged over $5K per week for those 13 years. There's a point when luck is really not part of the equation.

But these are things you will never understand.
