DM vs Facebook Final Expense Leads

I like Manhattan too. I wasn't aware they had a HHC policy. I get my Manhattan updates from you. I've complained a couple of times about not getting any emails.

That brochure looks like GTL/UNL's HHC. The rates are better in most cases and they have a younger age band.

I couldn't find if the premium is issue age or attained age. That's what I don't like about GTL/UNL's HHC, it's attained age and it gets expensive as they get older.
In some states, the HHC is issued by Standard Life and Casualty.. Same plan, same rates, same commission. It is attained age. The only difference in the UNL and the Manhattan is that with Manhattan you have to have a three day hospital stay for the Home Health Care Aide. None of the other benefits require a hospital stay.

Apples and oranges, cowboy.

You FE guys think your shite doesn't stink and no one else can do what you do or do it better.

A lead, regardless of the source, is a lead. Either you can turn it into gold or you can't

You have effectively admitted you have no idea how to work FB leads, so you blame it on the vendor, not your inability to cope with the format.

I know some folks on here bow down and worship you. If that makes you feel big, go for it.

Why did you tuck tail and run from the forum for over a year?

Go peddle crazy somewhere else.

Yes, it is apples and oranges. You don't sell FE at all. So you don't know about the FE market or how to be successful in it.

I agree that if an FE agent takes your advice they will sell the same amount of FE that you do.

You can't find even one successful FE producer that's not using leads no matter how long they have been doing it. Whether buying them or generating them. Generating them is buying them too. Unless their time has no value.

I have not admitting any such thing on working facebook leads. I've written quite a bit of business on facebook leads, avatar leads, teleleads and even TV leads. Although TV leads are the worst I've ever used.

All leads are not the same. Many times the end user is correct when they blame the leads. Most times they are not.

Just checked. In Ill, the Manhattan product is approved.

I agree with the 1st bold sentence. I disagree with on the 2nd bold sentence. FE TV leads have the highest closing %. Even though I disagree with you on TV leads I'm not going to say you are a liar....like you've done up here a few times.

See how easy that was?

Supposedly Dusty Edwards did $300k plus a yr for many years just cold calling using a list . He was actually on the insurance panel in an interview . 99% of every former top producer is now recruiting. It shows you the grind destroys almost all and they get in recruiting.

I doubt you can find an example of my calling you a liar. Please provide one if it's there.

And what I said about TV leads was they are the worst I've ever worked. You can disagree all you want but they remain the worst I've ever worked. And by a large margin. Of course sellers of TV leads will always disagree. And I didn't say they were bad leads. I wrote quite a bit of business on TV leads. But by comparison and based on ROI they are the worst I've ever used.

I doubt I'll ever use TV leads again. But I don't need any leads. I've got more leads on hand now that I can get to over several months. An agent getting out the business just tried to give me his leads. I told him to give them to someone else.

My upline when I was getting TV leads agreed that they were pretty bad but he felt he got more premium on the TV leads he sold. Did I disagree with him? No. His experience is his experience.

There's definitely a lot recruiting now. I don't know if it's 99%? :1wink:

I can look at FEX's production board and there's many long time producers on there and none recruiting. In fact, other than the owner who still produces, the only agent on the list that recruits is Nick and he only recruits medicare agents as he's the FEX medicare division guy.

Yes, I just ordered supplies this morning. Thanks for the update. I'm not sure how I feel about requiring the hospital stay. That's a negative, but probably why the price is less in many cases. Does Manhattan's go up at age 86 like GTL's?

Most agents are lazy. If an agent consistently spends money ordering leads he will likely get out there and run them and have success. We are self employed running a business. Part of the agents commitment to running a good business. Too each his own.

If you can't sell leads from this TV commercial below then you just can't sell. Field sales or tele-sales works well with this lead.
I just remembered: Those that can sell will close the deal. Those that can't sell will replace the deal.
